I'm Elizabeth Applegate, a storyteller at heart who specializes in nonprofit and mission-driven communications, operations, development, and coaching. Throughout my career, I've had the joy of helping organizations transform their messages into movements and their goals into achievements.

What sets me apart is my background as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Coaching trained me to listen beneath the surface - to understand what people are actually asking for, the hesitations they don’t name, and the kind of communication that truly lands. That lens shapes how I approach messaging and strategy. I help organizations and leaders navigate stigma, translate complex or sensitive topics into real-world language, and communicate in ways that feel human without losing clarity or authority. Empathy isn’t something I layer on at the end - it’s built into how I assess audience needs and make strategic decisions. This isn’t a soft skill. It’s a strategic advantage.
