Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communications strategy for Camp Summit, currently a year-round camp serving children and adults with disabilities. The organization needed to increase visibility, strengthen donor engagement, and ultimately drive fundraising success through compelling digital storytelling across multiple platforms. This required coordinating messaging across various channels while maintaining consistent branding and effectively communicating the impact of the organization's programs.

Website Redesign
The Camp Summit website redesign transformed an outdated platform into a user-friendly, mobile-responsive digital hub by transitioning to a more manageable content management system and removing Flash elements. We prioritized showcasing authentic camper stories and experiences through an intuitive interface that better communicated the organization's mission and impact. The redesign's enduring value is demonstrated by its continued use today, nearly a decade later.
#SelfiesForSummit
Our community rallied behind our 2013 mission in extraordinary ways, culminating in a record-breaking fundraising campaign “#SelfiesForSummit” that raised $67,000 in just one day - a 27% increase from the previous year. This success came from connecting authentic stories with our supporters through thoughtfully crafted communications across multiple channels.
North Texas Giving Day
North Texas Giving Day is an annual event where DonorBridge matched donated funds by a percentage to Dallas-area non-profits. Communication for Giving Day included social media posts, newsletter articles, website banners and letters to repeat donors enabling their donations to go further.
Sharing the smiles of the incredible campers showed the true spirit of Camp Summit.
