Who I Am

I’m Liz Applegate and I’ve been helping entrepreneurs get organized, visible, and confident since 2010…long before online business became a maze of platforms and tools.

Along with more than 10 years of professional coaching experience, I bring deep listening, calm problem-solving, and the ability to distill complex needs into simple, doable next steps.
